Wheelhouse Light – Artwork by Jeff Quigley. (finished 13 Sept 2026) “Wheelhouse Light”, Framed, acrylic on canvas, sized at 50cm x 40cm.
I am off and running, well painting again that is. Wheelhouse Light, I will be submitting into the October 2026 Themed Members Exhibition at the Emu Park Art Gallery. The theme for this one is ‘Reflections’.
I like the idea of specific forms of light beams and its effect on people and structures. In my case it is the light penetrating the wheelhouse of a rollicking trawler.
Wheelhouse Light will be for sale.
If you have not visited the Local Emu Park Gallery and Gift Shop then I highly recommend that you do so. Admission is FREE and the Gallery is open Wednesday to Sunday 10am to 4pm.
